Welcome to our delightfully inviting 1933 Arts and Crafts Bed and Breakfast.  Welcome to Alexander House featuring the charm of a bygone era with stained glass windows, gleaming hardwood floors and oak woodwork. We are centrally located in Ottawa's heritage area - Sandy Hill, just a short walk to the University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, the Byward Market, major attractions & entertainment. 

Choose from one of our 3 elegant, non-smoking, guest rooms, each with an ensuite or private bath.  Pamper yourself in our Yellow room's Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. Our guestrooms offer central air conditioning and cable TV.

After a perfect night's sleep awaken to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast featuring Danish bacon in maple syrup,  eggs as you like them, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, granola, breads, juice, coffee or tea.
